Badminton Horse Trials
Wednesday 8th May to Sunday 12th May 2024


​The final date for all advance bookings for Badminton Horse Trials, including HTSG car passes and admission, will be in April and this will be strictly adhered to, this page will be updated with an exact date ASAP.  All passes must be applied for in advance. Please be aware there will be no admission or parking passes available for purchase on the gate.

To enable our membership secretary to process paperwork and update the Badminton Box Office with our membership list, the final date for HTSG membership renewals will be in early April.  A specific date will be added to this page ASAP.

HORSE TRIALS SUPPORT GROUP MARQUEE 
​IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ


​ ***CATERING AND DRINKS 2024*** 
ALL LUNCHES MUST BE PRE-BOOKED USING THE ENCLOSED FORMS. 

​Tea/coffee/pastries/soft drinks will be available to purchase in the marquee, please note that this will be CASH ONLY. 

There will be no licensed bar in the HTSG marquee, but there will be a selection of soft drinks available to purchase. Members may bring their own wine to enjoy with lunch. 
​Table Reservation Request 
HTSG members are able to reserve tables for themselves and their guests in the marquee. Tables are for a maximum of 10 people, and reservations of less than 10 will be allocated to mixed tables.

Guest Wristband Applications 
HTSG members may purchase wristbands for their guests to allow access to the marquee and use of the facilities. Children under the age of 12 do not require a wristband and have free entry to the marquee with a HTSG member or guest. Please note, it is not a requirement for HTSG members to accompany their guests to the marquee, however the HTSG member must apply for the guest wristbands. 

Due to a significant increase in costs to provide the marquee and toilet facilities, revised prices for guest wristbands for 2024 are as follows: 
➢ Thursday and Friday: £25 
➢ Saturday: £30 
➢ Sunday: £20

Applications can be made via the below electronic form and wristbands will be available for collection at the marquee reception. 
Alternatively you can apply by completing the attached form. If you wish to receive the wristbands via post, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your application.

HTSG Members will be given a wristband for the duration of the event to be shown on entry to the marquee. Please collect from the reception desk on your first visit.
